Quick Question - Ball Joints/OTREs Come with New Castle Nuts?

I have read many of the upper/lower ball joint threads, but only one mentions the castle nuts and cotter pins. From the Toyota parts ordering diagram here: 1998 TOYOTA 4RUNNER Parts - Toyota Part Sales of Toyota of Dallas it looks like the lower ball joints come with castle nuts but the uppers do not.

Anyone know whether the castle nuts for the uppers and lowers come with the joints? I am filling my basket now for this job and would like to get it all done right the first time.

Also - Forgot to ask - what about castle and cotter pins for outer tie rod ends? I am doing those too.

I've had some that come with new nylocks instead of castle nuts for some reason.

My OEM TREs did not come with nuts. LBJs came with castle nuts and cotter pins.

I picked up Napa Premium and they came with nuts and pins.

I just got off the phone with Camelback Toyota. Gentleman on the phone said that the upper and lower ball joints and the outer tie rod ends come with castle nuts and cotter pins.

I am still suspicious as the parts diagram does not shoe the OTEs coming with them. I guess that would be an easy part to get locally if I have to when they show up.

Thanks for the responses guys. Seems at least I can be sure that the ball joints come with the castle nuts and cotter pins.

I'll post back when i get everything in case someone needs the information too.

FYI - Camelback is the cheapest option for all these parts - mostly because they ship for FREE!

Sweet. Thanks for the feedback. I got everything ordered, so ball joints, tie rods ends, lower control arms, and front and rear lift are in my near future!
