Quick question regarding Flowmaster 40 series.

First post! Bare with me here, just now getting into all this good stuff so my wording may be noobish haha. Looking at installing one of these soon on my '04 SR5 V6, hopefully before the 21st when I get my lift done and new tires. My question is, for those who have one, were you required to change/alter your stock exhaust pipes for the flowmaster to fit? Or does it mount onto the stock pipes just fine?

Also if any of you have the parts # for which one you had installed, it would be greatly appreciated, as I would like to order it online without accidentally purchasing one that isn't the correct one. Thanks in advance!

Hey man I'm just going to give you a bit of warning here. I (along with quite a few others) noticed a significant decrease in mpg (from 17-13) after the flow master install. I put on the Delta 40 and watched it tank.
But to answer your question, I did not need new piping

Definitely glad you told me that, not sure I'm all for that now, especially cause I was just wanting it for the sound honestly. Thanks for the info I appreciate it man!

It sounds really awesome though despite the mpg loss, saving for a cat back now.
