How much taller is the stock 4X4 4th gen than the 4X2.. can't decide if I should do a 3/2 with fj springs or 2/1. Im goin with 265/70/17 BFG AT I want it to be good lift/tire ratio oh and I have a 4X2.. thanks

Overall exterior hight with the roof rack is 71.6" for both the 4wd and the 2wd. Without the roof rack, the 4wd is 68.9" and the 2wd is 69.1. These figures are for the model without air suspension. The air suspension model is 68.5" without the roof rack and 71.2" with it. These figures are from the 2003 4Runner Specification Sheet, other years might be different but I doubt it.
