Can i get un-deployed air bags from another decked runner and swap them into mine?

you can but it's a risky job.. Anything that involves installing airbags is something you wouldn't want to do yourself. Just my .02

Well ik thinking uninstall them from one and have the body shop install them

The guys I work with do it all the time. The BIGGEST thing it to make sure you unhook the battery. Static electricity can also set it off so be very careful.
I would say if you've never done one to have someone that has do it to be safe.
Like Rc4r said bring it to a body shop and have them install it. Wouldn't think they"d charge all that much.
