Quick queston with wheels

I've been searching and i think i have the answer but wanted to be clear.
I have that 2006 Limited package with the 18's

18x8
ET24mm (Offset +24)
5" backspace

if this is correct that means to push my tire to the fender i would require either of the following on an 8" rim

1) Offset -12 Backspace 5"

2) Offset 0 Backspace 4.5"

Am i correct?
