are you sure that red tube comes with the spacers is Loctite not lubricant? would you use thread lockers on your wheels? I don't see a point.
thread locker does one thing and one thing only, that is to lock the lug nut and wheel lug. one any aluminum spacers equiped hub, there are 4 types of parts: the brake rotor, wheel lug, lug nut and the spacer. all the first 3 are made of steel, and the spacer is aluminum. spacers need to be re-torqued routinely not because the thread come loose, is because steel and aluminum expand and contract at different rates when temperature changes.
further more, what if you need to service the hub? what's gonna happen when you need to replace the rotor. Permanent thread locker can only be loosened with heat.
