quickie fender flare question

I am repairing some hail damage to my 04. I have to remove the front drivers fender flare. It all seems to come off easily except the very front fastener which seems buried somewhere inside the front fender. Anyone have any advice how to get to that forward fastener?

Also, anyone have any links for replacement hood blanket fasteners...I had to replace my hood.

I replaced my front bumper and fender flare earlier this year. If I remember correctly, there was a bolt behind the bumper that secures the flare to the fender itself, in addition all the little plastic snap-on fasteners that just pop in place along the flare itself. So, you'll need to undo the drivers side of the bumper to gain access to that bolt.

how does one remove the bumper on the 4th gen. I have to paint it also.
