Quicksand Touch Up Pen

I'm wondering if any of you have experience with the 2016 Quicksand touch up pen from Toyota.

I walked past my truck with a knife in my pocket and the knife clipped scratched some paint off the front bumper (about 1" wide, 1/8" tall).
It's a pretty lame way to scratch the bumper but it's just big enough to bother me.

The Toyota service shop in town said they'd charge $800 to remove the bumper and spray over it, so long story short, I'm looking at their $11 touch up pen.

Anything to be aware of with color accuracy from their pens?

How could you?

City slicker *******s have already dinged my door, so I can tell you the color is perfect. Can never get the pen to work on those things so must use brush. The key is not to globe the paint on...

Damn, that's frustrating.
Does the brush have clear coat in the mix?

I looked at the bottle and it offers no hints as to its ingredients. At $12 or whatever, it's worth a try.
