Do you know the situation, or just taking an educated guess? Either way, texting and driving is killing a lot or rigs- and people.
Hopefully that wasn't the case here, but it's not unlikely.

I'm relaxed.
That being said, "stuff" (not implying anymore that that's what happened here, as I'm in no position to doubt OP) happens far more often than it should due to inattentive and careless drivers.
