R150F manual transmission?

Hi - I have a 1998 SR5 V6 with 5-speed manual transmission. I've been told that the transmission is model R150F-A. Is that the identical manual transmission used in earlier, 2nd generation 4Runners? Thanks for the help!

The input shaft is different from a third to a second. Longer on the third gen but I believe you can swap inputs relatively easily. Other than that they are the same to my knowledge
