Radflo coil over coil replacement

Hi,

I have to wrong springs put on mu coil overs and am now trying to swap out the springs. I have the coil compressors installed and am trying to unscrew the top of the Coil over and the whole entire top the of shock mount is spinning, What to Do?

If you remove the tension from the spring, can you remove the lower perch? There might be a clip holding it and then slide it off. At the point can ypu drop the spring off the bottom of the shock.

Can you put a wrench at the end of the rod to prevent it from turning? The Bilsteins had a flat at the end.

I'm currently running the Radflo 2.0 Front Coilovers with the EIB1400.250.0600 Springs - they are cranked down 2.5 inches.

I'm thinking of swapping out these springs for the EIB1600.250.0600, which is a 16inch tall coil vs the 14 tall coil. I want to gain the 2 inches of lift without having to preload the 14 inch coil.

Does anyone foresee any issues with this? I'm basically looking for 2-4 inches of lift upfront without preload for a better ride.
