Radflo Coilovers. Knocking off the road?

I have radflo coilovers on my 06 4runner. they are torqued to where they are level right now. They ride fine other than the fact off the road when i hit bumps i can hear a quiet knock. im almost certain that it is not the sway bar because i have installed the offset for the sway bar and it clears the spring. what else could it be? thanks

-Are you running the stock skid plates?
-Do you have aftermarket sway bar links on your rear sway bar? (You did not specify where the noise is coming from)
-After driving the vehicle a while did you re-check the torque on all suspension components removed or altered due to natural "break-in?"

Yes sorry about that, coming from up front and yes I still have stock skid plate

I noticed when I installed my 2.5 OLW kit the sway bar rubbed against the skid plate, I ended up using a couple washers between the plate and frame to create about a quarter of an inch of clearance. I would also still check all the bolts and nuts just in case.

On mine, the bottom scock rod end of the CO is twisting and the bottom mount then hits/grinds/rattles against the backside of the lower control arm.

The paint is scraped off and there are burs on the aliminum rod end.

Check that the rod end is perfectly straight, no cocked to the side. Grab a set of big channel locks and turn the rod end until is just clear of the control arm tab (that the bold goes through).

Mine have the offset bushing Radflo provides, so there is very little space between the backside of the rod end and the rear control arm tab.

Just a thought.
