Radiator gel

I’ve had radiator flushed a couple of times & this white gel keeps developing. Not sure what’s causing it or if it’s something to worry about. Any advice is greatly appreciated. TIA.

Not wanting to worry you but could it be failed ATF cooler mixing coolant and ATF? Engine oil tends to form a yellowy "mayonnaise" rather than gel.

I heard of incompatible coolant forming gels when mixed, but that was on things like Peugeots/Citroens over here.

Yea I think this can occur when you mix different types of coolant. Probably not a problem at running temp

Yes, it was a stupid thing to do but I did mix coolant (added green). I keep flushing but the gel returns each time. Thanks for the replies.
