What a great company! Ed helped me find a cargo solution for my 5th gen and was awesome to work with. Outstanding customer service

Agreed, a quality product, I'll tell you what!
His customer service is top shelf aswell, very accommodating, he even called to double check my order. The free shipping from the GB was substituted with other extra add ons. I would reccomend them to anyone, might even get a sweet cargo ladder for a treehouse I see building soon!

Trying to find a pet barrier for my Australian shepherd. Ordered a net from Raingler. Installed as shown. Upper mounting points require pulling interior panel loose. Sounds easy. Isn't (at least for my fat fingered self). After sending an email with some how to questions...I get a reply almost right away. End up dialoging with Raingler as I try and figure out how to get the top of the net pulled tight enough to hang straight.

Also needed it a little higher.

They offer to send a hanging horizontal mesh net to both bridge this gap and provide more storage. No charge. Alas it hangs right in my line of sight. Starting to realize this application may not be the best solution for me.

But I do end up ordering head rest grab handles! They match the sr5 interior in black with grey stitching

In the end Raingler offers to refund my money and accept a return. They stayed with me the whole way. I'd recommend them and think a non3rd row application would work much better.

I ended up with this wire divider from Midwest Pet (Amazon ASIN B000I1PJNO) for $45.

It's not the same high quality as the net product but it will do the job

Just want you to be aware.... with any body flexing (during turns, off steep driveways or speed bumps) or vibration (crappy paved roads or dirt roads), this barrier will eventually come loose. I had one of these for a very short time. It was fastened down extremely tight and was solid while my truck was parked.... until... it wasn't. It came down on top of one of my dogs and scared the crap out of her. I immediately switched to using a crate that is tied down.

Just want to make you aware.

Figured I'd pitch in my two cents on Raingler as well. I ordered a ceiling attic for my 3rd gen this past summer. It had some fitment issues and the rep from Raingler was awesome at sorting them out for me. They sent an updated design and then various straps of slightly tweaked design or length so that I could dial it in just right (OCD I guess). Would gladly do business with them again.

worked great. I worked with them on making it sit closer to the ceiling. It is just at the rear window line for me now where as before it was 3 inches lower and right in my face

I ordered a net attic for my truck and When I placed the order I specified that I was going on a trip during the upcoming weekend, I asked if it (they had one in stock) could be sent next day air. Yep it could be sent next day air, so no problem. placed the order after they sent me an email.
Well the item did not arrive so I contacted them to find out where it was. It was not sent next day air as I requested I spoke to a woman that told me it was out for delivery.(LIE#1) I then told her that the mail had already been delivered. "She said No ! it is out for delivery I see it on my computer screen so drive down to the PO and pick it up" (Lie#2)

So it did not show up until we got back. Oh well. so much for paying for expedited shipping.
I dont care too much for a company that will flat out lie about a package being out for delivery when I can see the same info as them.
