Apparently Jicko is MIA.
I have contacted Raingler and offered to step in to handle the group buy if Jicko does not come back.
Ed (Raingler) will attempt to get a hold of Jicko and if unsuccessful then i will take over this group buy.

I understand the whole "life" concept but don't set up group buys for forums if you're gonna be MIA for 3 weeks. You ABSOLUTELY have to know you'll be around to answer questions and finalize the GB. I hope all is well, too but at the same time, I'm a bit annoyed. I'm sure there's a reason, but he needs to take a break from making GB's if he's not going to be dependable. Ex: Start a group buy in December knowing you're going to be gone for the whole month of January. Not smart. B/c no one just wings a 3+ week vacation, something like that is planned.

I don't see how someone owing another person something or not has anything to do with keeping up with your obligations.

I moderate the forum and it's my obligation to keep members happy. I didn't make my statement b/c I'm here for the group buy. I said it b/c it effects the forum members. Don't like it, find the door..

I didn't realize Group Buy Organizer was a title that came with obligations.

He has zero obligation to you.

No timelines or expectations were delivered by him.

You can go buy this item today if you'd like.

Why complain when someone is doing you a favor and getting you a deal when they don't have to?

Jicko has been running group buys here for some time now.. He's made himself known as the group buy go to member. I wouldn't expect you to know that since you're new here, so don't chime in with your "sensible" mumbo-jumbo.

When he creates a group buy, he makes it an obligation to take care of interested parties. When he disappears, it's evident b/c people rely on a response from him. Especially with past group buys. This isn't about THIS particular group buy and the average person likely doesn't care that he's MIA. But If you would have read what I said the first time instead of trying to be a troll, you would have understood that I'm a moderator and it's my job to make sure the members here are satisfied. When I get people messaging me about group buys, it becomes my problem. If you have a problem, message me directly. Otherwise, stop being a troll or I'll help you find the door.

I believe [MENTION=58830]JWaldz[/MENTION] is right. Life does happen, but planning needs to happen for things that can be foreseen. Hopefully OP is alright..

When you start a group buy you ought to be prepared to follow it through completely.

[MENTION=58830]JWaldz[/MENTION] is just doing his job as a moderator.
 
Well, [MENTION=119516]jicko[/MENTION] I hope you're doing well and living life.

Thank you for the four GB's you've completed that I've participated in. I appreciate the money you've saved me even though you had no obligation to complete any of the group buys you started in which I partook.

I'd love if we could close this one out so we could enjoy a discount as well but if not it's no sweat off your back since we aren't losing anything we are entitled too.

Willing to buy

Let's avoid and bashing session/dog pile and just move on with the group buy.
Although my order will be changed I'm ready to move forward and order a net or 2.
 
Due to some emergency, I was actually out of the country and wasn't be able to get online for the past 6+ weeks.

I will try to post/send out ordering instructions for Raingler Net later today.
