Raleigh/Durham Mod and Meet

So I'd like to get this thread going similar to the Seattle thread. I understand there are location sections of the forum, but I'd like to hear from specifically the 3rd Gen crowd in the Ralegh/Durham area (hopefully the moderators won't move or delete this thread).

I have a few projects that I'm sure some locals have either done or are also interested in doing (ex: TBU, separate trans cooler, etc). I've noticed a decent amount of people posting who are in the area. I'm wondering who would be interested in meeting up and possibly even getting some mods done in the process.

I'm hoping this thread can act as a way to get larger meets together or even smaller ones if someone is working on their T4R and needs an extra set of hands.

As for place, I guess that depends on what you want to do. I'm down for shooting some stuff but I have no idea where. Does anyone have any projects they want to do soon and want to host at their place?

Ok. So that was a little bit of a fail with the poll. Oh well. Anyone interested in helping me with a tundra brake upgrade?


Better yet can anyone that has already done it let me test fit my rim?

Hey I'm in NC, and have recently done the tundra brake upgrade (231mm) on my 2002 4wd sport. If you need a hand or anything, hit me up. I'm out east near Jacksonville.

I've done it and should be able to tell you from the mounting surface of your wheel if it will clear or not. I'm in for a Raleigh area meet too, missed the last one.
