sounds like you want a competant technician to do that oil leak recall, eh?
I've moved around a lot in a former life (military) and something I found that worked well (and saved me a ton of coin on jobs I couldn't handle or didn't want to perform myself for the first time) was posting on craigslist for a Master or Master Diagnostic Toyota Technician or above to do work.
This usually meant I would supply all the parts needed to do the job and they would bring the required tools (specialty or otherwise) with them to perform the work. So long as it doesn't require a lift, most technicians are willing to do this side work for cash if they have the time. (some master technicians you'll find even have a lift at their house... and you'd probably be surprised how many do work for cash outside the dealership for spare money, especially around fall (to get more money for Christmas presents for the kiddos)....
I often met the tech's on their lunch break or right after their shift at the gas station closest to the dealer they worked at to discuss terms (where he wants to work at and how much it'll cost).
You'll pay less of a labor rate than a dealer but the technician makes more money since the dealer is cut-out of the loop. It's a win win in this regard.
If you can find one you trust. It can be a gold mine. I became good friends with quite a few over time. As soon as they found out I was a certified Harley Davidson technician some ended up calling in favors and eventually we'd swap labor services at no cost to eachother.
