Rancho Question

I just bought a 2003 4runner Sport yesterday and it needs shocks and struts. Instead of getting the Daystar 2.5/1.5 I was considering getting the Rancho Quick Lift and the RS9000XL shocks to level out the truck.

I'm working on a budget so I can't spend much...just need some opinions.

I don't think I'd put much anything else besides Bilsteins, Koni's or KYB's on my T4R when the time comes.

I used to run Rancho's in the past (not on the 4runner) and have had mixed results. Some held up and some died instantly. I think they are made by monroe. Along side with procomps, monroes, and some other brand. Bilsteins in my opinion are the only way to go (unless you can drop some serious cash and get true coilovers). I guess more of it depends on what you plan to do with the 4runner.

Thanks guys. I went by 4 wheel parts yesterday and purchased Daystar spacer lift, Bilstein shocks and Nitto TG's. I'll post pics next Friday when I pick her up with the mods. I didn't go with the spidertrax spacers yet.

I would love to see how yours look after the mods. I have Daystar 2.1/1.5 lift and FJ springs/shocks sitting in the garage for several weeks and I am still contemplating if I should go with 4WD before doing the mods and I am looking at the couple of them. By the way which was of DFW you at at?

I went to the one in Coppell. I'm still on the fence about the Spidertrax 1.25" spacers. I'll post pics when I get it back next Friday afternoon or Saturday moring.
