Ok, again I am new here so bear with me. I have some random questions.

I have a Westin Bull Bar/ safari bar. It is not the Ultimate Bull bar, it

My #1 recommendation for your truck is the LED tails. IMHO, the old style tail lenses are about the ugliest lenses ever put on a vehicle. Your truck looks nice, but it would look much nicer with the updated tail lenses.

Exhaust would be my #2 recommendation, although it doesn't have to be a Gibson. The Gibson sounds good though. Give me about a week and I'll see if I can record a sound file for you. PM me if you haven't seen a reply with it by this time next week.

#3 recommendation would be nicer wheels.

If you're going to go to all the trouble of a spacer lit, you may as well do the whole lift, not just level, IMO.

Hey T4Rsoldier04,

My T4R looks much like yours. I have not uploaded any new pics but I recently installed the Cornfed front leveling kit. Definitely love the more level stance. I would not say it is perfectly level, but it is so close you can barely tell it has about a 3/4" rake. You can DEFINIETLY tell the difference when you are parked next to a stock T4R! It is sold as a 1" lift, but mine lifted about 1 1/4". No change in ride at all. Although you would think i lifted it 6 inches the way I have been highbeam flashed lately. It's only an inch so i did not bother to re-aim them. I also removed my running boards because a. never use them and b. it visually makes the truck look a little taller.

I too have the safari bar and looked at the Toyota skid plate. It is just cosmetic and after looking at where it sits on the front end came to the conclusion it would not work with the safari bar.

The last mod I did was install the K&N cold intake. They are not kidding when they say your engine is louder. But only under heavy throttle. Like others here, I cut out the resonator and turned my exhaust out the side. May put a new exhaust on in the future. And when my Revo's need replacing will go with 265/70s.

thanks for the two replies..
*yes I am giving great consideration to the daystar 2in lift front and rear...
*also, I would love to get the 18 wheels off a new 4r instead of these 17s to fill the tire gaps allitle better but has anyone seen what they sell for? :awais:
*exhaust is something I want, but would be harder to hide form the wifey LOL  sooo pwa_fcva how does it sound with the resonator sut off cause I have wanted to go that since I bought the thing mostly for looks

If you want to fill the wheel well, get bigger tires. You can safely put 265/70/17 tires and this will give you 32" tires versus the stock 31" tires all on the factory wheels. If you go a bigger rim, they'll just give you a thinner sidewall tire to keep the same 31" diameter.

I don't like the Gibson because it exits in the rear. I prefer side exits and went with the Magnaflow.

I do not notice any change in sound with the resonator off, but I still have the stock muffler.

pwa_fcva darn.. i would like it to be a weeee bit louder but not to much and thought that might do it..

sharp4runr - I already have 70s, revos, and love them, but the 18s just are amazing looking wheels to me and those along with the lift and maybe some spacers would be one very nice combination

anyone know if daystar makes a 2/1 lift?
