I use the Cook's Illustrated recipe found here:

It's basically crack corn, Jimmy was right.

^^^^ i just boil the corn , use mayo, lime, cotija cheese , and valentina
hot sauce. Or you can boil a bag of frozen corn, drain it and add all the ingredients and mix for a party.
