Anyone happen to know what this plug was for? It's it is wired to a relay tapped near the driver fuse panel. Wanted to clarify what it is/was before I take it out.

Educated guess - Looks like the remnants of an aftermarket alarm install. You'd have to track the wires back to the source to verify that it connects to things an alarm would connect to.

That's an old aftermarket alarm system, shouldn't be too hard to excise from your vehicle. At most you may need to repair a wire or two (usually the Start and/or IGN ON wires as those get cut for the alarm to splice in between for security features).

I'd pop off the lower A-Pillar Cover, Lower Driver's Kick Panel, and steering column cover. That should give you plenty of room to trace all the wires and remove that old harness out of the vehicle.

Definitely , appreciate it. Looks like they used t-taps so hopefully not much repair required.
