RAS sensor adjustment

Has anyone done this to raise the back of their truck? I am interested in how long it took, how hard it was and if there is a "how to" somewhere.

Here is a pdf regarding the Rear Air Suspension, and sensor adjustment.

My RAS sensors failed (and were too costly for me to replace), so my mechanic bypassed the sensors. I no longer have onboard electronic control of the RAS.

It is now a manual fill/release system (just like airing up my tires).

Thanks! SO if i understand this correctly i simply loosen the nut and slide the linkage up or down to acheive the new "normal height" i require?
