Rattle from a/c air compressor

I have a 2006 4-runner v6 4.0l Sr5. When I turn the a/c unit on I get a rattling noise. Turn the a/c off and it goes away. Is this a clutch problem? Live in Texas and a/c is on all thru the summer. Just started making this noise about a month ago.

Any ideas? If it is clutch can I change out myself. Thanks!
