Rattle sound from rear wheel area

So I have a 2004 limited v8 4wd, no XRES. I also have a 2.5" lift and a magniflow exausht. I have a noise that I can only hear from the outside or with my windows down that sounds like something is loose in the area of my wheel. It only happens when I go over smaller bumps and it's a metallic rattle. I've tightened every bolt and replaced the sway bar bushings in the front and rear. I have no idea at this point and I'm curious if anyone else has had a similar noise or any advice as to what to check.

Check exhaust heat shield.

Check emergency brake holddown hardware. It has happened to all 3 of my 4runners. The pins rust away and the springs and caps rattle around along the inside of the rotor.
