re aiming factory fogs

Anyone have a how to on reaiming the facotry fogs -
at the current angle they are pretty much worthless

On '03-'05 if you crawl underneath the front bumper to see the fog housing from the back there is a toothed dial that I'm guessing changes the pitch of the lights up and down. I don't think the '06 fogs could be much different than that...
