really bad rattles

I'm having a lot of trouble with my front passenger seat. That damn thing won't shut up. It visibly shakes over any bump in the road and has now started to squeak in addition to just rattling.

May have to tighten all the screws on it but I don't want to take it in because I'm sure Toyota will only make it worse.

Nope, I just adjusted the seat to angle it back a bit and it's not as noticeable. Seems to make the most noise when the back of it is straight up.

passenger seat in our rattles at all positions when no load is in the seat...even placing my backpack on the seat is enough weight to mostly quiet it down...no noise whatsoever if someone is seated there. Sometimes, sliding the seat to the extreme back or forward position will momentarily stop the noise, but only momentarily and not always.

it sounds like something tapping a metal part, and i've often thought it sounds like something attached to the spring-loaded adjustment handle, but it can't seem to reproduce it when stationary to find what it is

I've heard the "windshield" rattles from the dashboard on my 2011 Tundra, but have never sought to actually find the issue.

My 2013 4Runner has an annoying rattle or squeak coming from the hood latch, so I was told by the dealer. They said they fixed it, but that lasted maybe three days. It sounds like it's coming from the hoods left hinge, on the driver's side, but I'm not sure. With the hood up and going slow over bumps (around the yard) the noise is not there. Irritating.
