Really cold

I live in kansas and it can get cold here. Some days when its cold I hear a electrical clicking. When you open the hood the sound seem to be comming from just below the wind shield on the drivers side. By the time I get it to the dealer the sound is gone. Is it something to be worried about?

that should be the EVAP clicking from what i read and understand about it, its nothing to worry about its working fine....if not you would get a check engine light
