Rear 5100s and bumpstops

I've seen several mentions about rear bump stop relocation being needed for lifted 3rd gens but none for 4th gens, this leads me to believe it's only a 3rd gen issue?

Are the stock bumpstops adequate protection against over compressing the rear 5100s (is that even possible?) in 4th gens?

Never bottomed um out

but w/o um the rear suspension will make quite a racket....

The 5100s are designed around the factory bumpstop locations so you should be good. You can't over-compress them.
