Rear Brake Hardware Placement

Hello -

As anyone seen any reprocutions
to the placement of (1) the horseshoe clip
placement on the Emergency Brake Lever Pin interior of the Brake Hardware. (2) Placement
of the lower smaller Brake Shoe Spring - with
with this Springs Ends facing inward or outward
??
I being to critical ?
