rear break leaks Toyota 4runner after change (what did cause it?)

I have 2000 Toyota 4runner (4wheel drive) 6 Cylinder, the passenger side rear wheel was leaking break fluid and I changed the break cylinder on both sides. Then the passenger side that had leaked before was fixed but the driver side rear break that was not leaking before started to leak. I thought the cylinder was defective so I replaced the cylinder however I see it leaks again. Strangely, when I opened the drum I do not see leaky oil on the tip of the cylinder but I see a lot of break fluid on the shoes. Would you please help me to figure out what goes on? Thanks

You sure it's brake fluid and not gear oil?

That is what I was thinking also. Might be a seal/bearing out rather than leaking cylinder.

If so, you're due for new rear axle seals.
