Since I'm not yet a vendor I dont want to post too much, but here are a couple more pics, I've got more on my camera too:

I was wondering when you were gonna make 4th gen stuff. Been following your work on TW, you make some awesome stuff! Any way I can see the bumper in person?

Great to see another rear bumper option for the 4th gens.
I'd have to see way more pictures, especially a side on shot...but from what I see in those pics, I like the lines of it on the sides and the fact that I can get it in aluminum.
Two things that bug me about it is how far it seems to stick out rearward past the tailights and the hitch plate seems large and obtrusive and looks to hang low.
I'm guessing it is bolted flat against the rear crossmember which limits it to sticking out a set distance, bit the areas below the tailights just seem to be sticking out.
I realize that the hitch tube is merely below the main body of the bumper which places it in a position as high as it can go...but maybe an option of having it in the main body of the bumper and the customer can cut the hole in the crossmember for the hitch tube to pass through?
Definitely interested in seeing more.

If you want to come by my shop in sparks, sure.
I've still got the steel template bumper sitting in the shop that just needs to be finished. I made the first one out of steel so I wouldn't waste a bunch of experience aluminum and so I can make a jig as well

I don't think it will make contact, and if it were to, there is room for adjustment. His is mounted as tight as my design allows. The front of the Tacoma flexes like 1/2-3/4" but the rear not as bad so I'm betting its the same with this runner(especially with the massive rear crossmember)

Hmm, not sure about modding it to fit with a 3" body lift. I'm thinking a 1" BL mod would be doable, but probably not 3"

Understandable since tire carriers are necessity for larger tires on 4 runners IMO. No room to just mount it underneath, and no truck bed to toss it in.
Aluminum recovery points are 1" thick and 3" tall, vs 3/4" thick and 2.5" tall. They're waterjet cut from 1" 6061 plate, and welded to an internal gusset in addition to the face of the bumper

They're $309 + shipping, bare metal and weld-on style just like the ones in the OP.
