This is exactly what I was looking for! I'll likely use a plasma cutter for the steel (although doing all this with a 4" is amazing).
I especially liked how you installed it on the frame. My stock bumper mounts are trashed.

looks better than my rear "professional" bumper.. I can only hope that the good people at Perkins pay attention to your work... then they would have happier customers.

What did you use to paint your back bumper? I'm building a front one right now and am not sure what to do for paint, I am doing black for sure though.
