Rear Bumper Center Section Replacement

Gang,

Someone bumped into my rig and didn't leave a note. Luckily they only messed up the center section of the rear bumper, the dealer sold me the replacement part, pre-painted for $75.

Is there a way to replace just the center section without removing the whole rear bumper? Has anyone done this? Any tips or tricks?

Sorry I don’t have an answer, but I’ll bump it for you, as I’m interested in this myself. I bought mine with a gouge in it and was planning to just repaint that section, but that’s pretty cheap for a new panel so maybe I’ll go that route instead.
