Rear bumper filler piece?

I am thinking of removing my hitch receiver as I never use it and it is starting to rust. If I do this, is there a filler piece to fill in the empty space? I tried searching but nothing really addresses this and I find it unclear on any parts site. TIA!

I would leave it on, Paint it with rustolium flat black and use the plug above.

there is no empty space, its just 4 bolts on top and 2 bolts on bottom to your cross member that the hitch directly attaches to.
