Rear Bumper Insert Description

After years of towing with my 2014 4Runner, I need to replace this rear bumper insert. Can anyone tell me the name of this part? It is hard to tell from the exploded parts diagrams I’ve looked at.

Not sure of the part. I'd probably just consider getting a TRD rear valence and calling it good.

How does the insert attach?

Finally getting around to ordering this. It seems like it is just a push fit. Does the insert just push in or is there hardware needed to attach it?
