Rear bumper protector

Has anyone ever seen a protector for the top of the rear bumper to protect the paint while loading and unloading cargo? I'd buy one.

What I have envisioned would be very similar to door sill protectors but designed for the top of the rear bumper.

For clarification... I am talking about around the latch and farther out to the sides than the stock one goes. Perhaps I'll use some clear 3M abrasion protectant film...
