Rear bumper reinforced

I need help. I took my rear bumper off a couple weeks ago but I had to cut it off because it was so rusty. I got all the reinforcement pieces now. My question is does anyone knows how to put it back together.

the parts diag may help? it's not really that hard but I have been in the same boat... no how the hell did this thing go again?
