Try this thread. There's pictures and links to most of the rear bumpers where they should have pricing and various options.
Personally I'm a fan of the CBI rear with the swingout, and they have quite a few different options/ addons you can get!

I'm guessing you couldn't build it for me? I don't have the time/tools to do it on my own :/
i built my own. It wasn't incredibly difficult, and with the price you pay someone to fab, you could purchase some pretty cool tools for future projects.
started off with just the bumper. The bumper actually slides into the rear frame, and bolts in place. This mount style has been incredibly stout, and i can use the hi-lift on it without issue.
then it came time for the rear swing out. I'd say my total investment, not including tools, is approximately $250. That's latch, hinge, steel, odds and ends. I do have a number of hours invested.

That actually looks really easy. How much did you spend total in materials?
Edit: Saw the price. Would you say thats on the high or low end for a bumper such as that?
the 4xinnovations hinge was $80ish, the double latch ws $50ish, I bought the plated for the tire mount at $20ish....and the tube, both round and square is about $40 for 20 feet. I bought hot rolled...DOM is a lot more. as far as part price...that's the norm.

What year is your runner? I know the bumper style changed at the 99, and I was wondering if the rear bumper ALSO changed. This looks like a very viable tire carrier. Do you take it off roading a lot and if so does it hit on rocks at all? I know its much higher off the ground
mine is a 97...but from what I've seen, the frames are all the same.this tubing slides into the rear and bolts in place. I don't do anything extreme in the 4runner...but I haven't had any issues with it hitting. it is a ways off the ground and close to the body.
