rear dif. and manual trans oil

I read a thread sometime describing redline GL4 oil is the best for the 5speed transmissions and just wanted to clarify exactly which oil it is. A link would be awesome.

Also what would be the best oil for the rear diff?

Im changing all the oils over the weekend and was just wondering how everyone disposes of the used oil???

i used redline 75w90 for everything and mt90 for the tranny and for the used oil i think autoparts store will take it or they could tell u

This site will tell you how to recycle most anything in a lot of places: Earth911.com - Find Recycling Centers and Learn How To Recycle I'm lucky, my county accepts oil, coolant, filters and tires first Saturday of every month.

Elton's suggestions are good. Amsoil has similar products as well. This for the tranny:
