Rear differential noise and compatibility

Hey everybody,

I am new here, and I am new to my 4Runner that happen to have a noise in the rear differential. In my area 4Runners are rare, so I'd like to know what parts in my 2003 4Runner V8, Limited are compatible to more common Landcruisers and Lexus GXs? Especially, rear axle and differential.

It is an 8" Toyota differential, common as rain. Mine is making noise too, but it's the right side axle bearing, not the diff.
