Rear differential Vent is frozen?

If that vent has pipe threads I would get a male barbed fitting, thread that into the axle housing and a hose on the barbed end to route it to a location where it easy to get too, attach another barbed fitting with a female end attached to the hose and a new or cleaned up vent attached to the female fitting and you can inspect/clean it periodically with ease in the future.

The hose will need to be oil resistant.

well my reference point is with the first gen Tacoma but we share many crossover parts, any way, the taco guys found the axle housing is using brittish threads so a brass nipple will strip threads if used. it most likely will fit tight and not leak but no way to know if brass thread shavings will find its way to the seals and make them leak.
