Rear Door Latch Switch Not Working

Recently the rear window on my 2008 4R had to be replaced. While the tech was replacing the glass the electric switch directly above the license plate to open the door stopped working and the self-closing mechanism stopped working too. Window goes up and down okay.

To replace the glass the tech had to remove the fiberglass dust foil on top of the rear door and unplug the electrical connection. I'm thinking this caused a fuse to blow for some reason, but I couldn't identify a specific fuse under the hood on the driver's side for the back door functions that no longer work.

Does anybody know if these are fuse controlled and which fuse it might be?

Thanks for your help.....Jbeaver

There should be a fuse for the rear door latch. There's also an ECU/computer for the electronic rear door latch, maybe that was damaged or unplugged.

I don't recall if normalizing the rear window has any affect on the door latch. If the window isn't normalized, the auto up/down, defogger and rear wiper will not work. This isn't the official directions for normalizing the rear window, but it's worked for me. Fully open the window, and hold the button down for a second or two after it's fully opened. Close the window and hold the button for a second or two after it's fully closed.
