Rear driver side sag post 5th gen coil install

I have a 2006 SR5 with 269K. Had installed a Daystar 2.5 Level kit, which if i remember correctly was 2.5 front and 1.5 rear lift.

I upgraded the front with preassembled Monroe coil-overs.I reused the top Daystar Spacer/shim. After 100 miles i took measurements front the ground to highest part in wheel wheel.
Before 36.25" both sides, AFTER 37.50 Driver side and 37.65 passenger side. Less than 1/4" lean towards DS.

On the rear i used my 2017 SR5 rear coils that had 600 miles on them. I reused the top Daystar Shim and the stock coil boot/bump stop. I heard i would get anywhere from 0-1" grain over 4th gen coil. I also replaced the shocks with Bilstein 5100s at the same time.
Before 37.25 both sides AFTER 37.50" driver side and 38.50" passenger side.
1" lean in the rear towards driver side. This was after about 300 miles. I double checked everything was seated in the perch correctly and both boots were in.

Could i be overlooking something? Both 2017 Springs had the same 2 color markings.

Can i somehow add a rear shim that nets only 1"? I know the fronts have shims for lean but havnt found anything for rear coil. any ideas or insight would be a huge help. thanks

would swaping sides help of just move the lean to PS?

You can get an OME trim packer which raises it around 3/4" or you can get a custom spacer made by Cornfed or someone similar. I think I'm going to do the same to raise my rear about a 1/2".
