Wow...both?!?!
Sounds like a bad switch, because it seems like the other (3) windows are working properly.
What I would do...since it's cheap & easy, remove the (2) door panels & see if the connetions are tight. And/or see if the connections are rusty. If so, lightly sand them off & re-attach them & see if they work. Be sure to test it before you put the door panels back together, because you don't want to do the same job twice.
And if there is good news, put electrical tape or shrink tube over the connections.

...Let me give you (2) real life stories...
I had a 1987 Acura Legent & all the switches on the door were working properly.
And all the window switches on the Master Driver Switch were working except the for the Driver Side.
My brother took off the Driver panel, sand off the rust & re-attached it & it worked fine.
...Second story...
Friend had a 1994 Mazda MPV & the Driver Side of the Master Driver Switch wasn't working, but the front/right switch on the front/right switch was working fine.
He went to a junkyard & got a replacement Master Switch, but it didn't fix the problem. Perhaps that switch was messed up as well.

If you are mechanically incline...I would suggest taking off the right/rear motor & try it on the left/rear to see if it works.
This way it doesn't cost you anything, except the satisfaction of doing it yourself.
Better than paying bunch of money to someone to do it for you or run diagnostic.

let me know what you do, I need a new motor for that same window. Every time it's used it goes slower and slower, it's barely even a snails pace now. I unplugged the switch in the door and made it unusable til it's fixed.
