Rear Drums

Well, my rear drums are leaking fluid, I don't know much about drum work. How much does this cost to fix? Do I need to buy complete new drums?

Also, I got a flat today (that's how I noticed the brake fluid) what are some decent reasonably priced tires. (I'm new to 4X4 tires)

I hate it when people say search but there really are tons of posts. Could be wheel cylinders or inner axle seals. Look here and Yotatech.
