Rear Glass Problems

Hello, Y'all

I just bought a 2004 Sport Edition 4x4 with only 60,000 Miles. When I bought it I did not think to check if the rear glass would roll down with the key. When I got home and was trying to put something in the back I tried to roll it down using the button on the key and it did not work.

It makes the beep sound like it is going to roll down but it does not. When you go in the car and hit the button on the interior it works just fine. Is this a receiver issue? If you have dealt with this before please let me know.

Nope it does not work if you put the key in.
