For some reason, my rear hatch will not open up. This is on a 2010 SR5, 4x4. I washed the truck the other day, and I wiped down all the door jambs including the rear hatch. Did I bump some kind of switch on the hatch door jamb, or somewhere else? Is there an interior switch somewhere that I may have bumped ? Please help!

According to the owners manual, the fuse for the back door is #10 under the dash (drivers side) It is a 30 amp, and I checked all of the 30 amp fuses, and they all are good. I also tried the window lock on the drivers door, and it did nothing.
There is a clicking sound coming from the fuse block area (under the dash, drivers side) every time I try to open the back door. Could this be some type of relay gone bad ?

I assume you are still under warrenty.....it is stealer time! Please let us all know what happened just in case......

Did you use any product to wipe down the door jams & hatch? If so, that could cause it to stick to the rubber seals. Happened to me, just have to use a little bit more umf (muscle).
I just wiped down the jambs with a damp towel. There is defineately something wrong, electricaly. Like I said before, when I squeeze on the rubber part of the back door handle, there is a clicking sound coming from under the drivers side fuse block. (under the dash) I am calling the dealer today.

search for "tailgate on the fritz"...mine ended up being a broken wire in that harness that you called a rubber thing. Yours could be the same...
be careful, dealer would have misdiagnosed twice had it not been for the forum and someone in Canada having the same issue first
I felt lucky to have only visited dealer for one misdiagnosis and one repair visit.

Premium audio package supports required
Have a 2013 Limited and the lifts/supports have failed (55K miles). Has anyone had experience with this? NAPA sells a support rated at 216 lbs but nobody's sure if this will work. Premium audio seems to add extra weight and stress. Looking for reasonable priced replacement.
