Rear hatch window only goes up on one side

Hi folks
It's cold outside. Rear hatch window went down okay, but going up, it almost goes up at a 45* angle from the normal straight up.

Goes up 80% of the way with assistance in keeping it vertical.
Letting go of the problematic side will stuff it into the side..

Pointers?

Broken. Get it up and get it fixed

Keep playing with it until it closes completely. Then go get it fixed. Way it's designed once it's up fully it will stay up.

For getting it up, a friend and some duct tape. Or a little blue pill...

Is there a fuse for just the rear liftgate window?
If a shared fuse with some thing else, what else won't work if I pull it?

There is a fuse for the back door ECU in the fuse box under the hood. It is ECU-B 10A fuse. It is for the power window on the back lift gate, rear latch/lift gate opener and the rear window wiper.
