Rear Heater Switch?

Hello everybody! It has been a while since I have posted on here and have some updates! My old 3rd gen 4Runner kicked the bucket. The frame finally rotted away along with a laundry list of problems. So after 7 years with 250k miles I had to move on. I picked up a nice 2006 sport edition with 108k miles on it and love it. Huge difference when compared to my 96. So my question now is, is there a switch for the rear heaters or vents? Dont want to seem like a newbie but i can't find a switch like the one on my 3rd Gen. Tried searching but couldn't find what I am looking for. Any insight wil be appreciated!

Well that's good to know. So how do the rear vents work as far with the heat or AC?

A duct is fitted through the center console, beneath the console bin and up to those two vents on the back end of the center console.

There are also two ducts that are routed beneath the driver and passenger seats to exhaust at rear passenger's feet but in reality these ducts are poor performers at best.

Thanks for the explanation! I was going crazy figuring out how to make them work. Kind of a weird design if you ask me. Considering its a 4th Gen, you think they would apply the same principle from the previous Gen and make it better. Thanks again.
