rear lift spring help

ive got 8 wraps in the back with coilovers set at around 3.5" and im still nose down

The 8.25 wraps will give you ~4-4.5" of lift. Driffter33 runs these coils with OME 881s+top spacers (3") and it looks great with ~1" or so of rake. Perfect stance IMO.

How in the heck do you get these LC coils into the buckets?

You gotta take the lower shock bolts off and pop the shocks off those mounts. Then the axle can flex enough to get the coils in.

I cant get the flex enough to reinstall them! I have done took the pan hard off, shocks off, and the sway bar off! i still cant get the flex! What if i use the coil spring compressor so i can get them in!

Compressor will work too. Did you take the tires off so you have more room to flex the axle?

I tried prying them into place and gave up on that real quick! So you say that the compressor will be ok to use to help get them in?

Yeah whatever works to get the coils small enough to fit in there. Even ratchet straps may do the trick.

I think I remember that i had to do that on a buddies! The ratchet strap was all we had at 9pm at night. The parts house was closed and had to get it done quick! I need the compressor anyways to install the spacers.

i borrowed the compressors from the auto parts store before i even attempted the install just to be prepared... i ended up using them for a quick install.... dont forget to post a profile pic of your rig when its all done :bravo:

The LC coils went nicely when using the compressors! Cant say that for the front coils thou! I had to use 2 sets of coils spring compressors.
